Salmon Ceviche – Atlantic Salmon, Calamari and Shrimp, marinated with lime juice, fire roasted tomatoes and poblano peppers, red onion and capers. 9

Black Bean Cakes – Small patties made of black beans, cheese, peppers and seasonings, served over salsa verde, and topped with sour cream and pico de gallo, also drizzled with a Mexicali ranch sauce. 9

Entrées

Blackened Catfish Salad – A blackened catfish filet served atop a bed of crispy mixed greens with corn and black bean salsa, pico de gallo and avocado slices, tossed in our salsa vinaigrette. 12

Tequila Lime Skirt Steak – Skirt Steak marinated in tequila, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, and olive oil, served over roasted poblano mashed potatoes and julienne vegetables. 16
